Shipping policy

Every item is made to order and printed just for you. Because our products are custom made, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are produced and processed within 5-10 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Personalized orders may need extra time if your design requires review.

Shipping Times

Your total time to receive an order is the processing time plus the shipping time below. All times are counted from the ship date, not the order date, and the shipping methods available for your location are shown at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days after your order ships.
  • Priority Shipping (U.S. orders): 5-8 business days after your order ships.
  • Express Shipping (U.S. orders): 3-6 business days after your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on your order total and your destination, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Rates may be higher during holidays and year-end events due to increased demand.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and Australia. If your country is not shown at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. For any questions, contact us at support@madejustforyou.net.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees on arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If a package is returned to us because duties were unpaid or delivery was refused, we do not refund the original shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your package. Please allow a few days for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information after your order is shipped.

Multiple Shipments

For production reasons, items in the same order may sometimes ship in separate packages, at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. Replacements in these cases are not free of charge.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is not in your hands, it often turns up nearby. Before reporting it missing, please take a few minutes to check around your porch and entryway, your mailbox and any parcel locker, side or back doors and other safe drop-off spots, and ask household members or neighbors whether someone accepted it for you. Please also confirm the shipping address on your order was correct.

Once the carrier marks your order as delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are then lost or stolen. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at support@madejustforyou.net so we can help you follow up.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly past its estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@madejustforyou.net and we will help.
